Access the Free Psychology Digital Textbook
The Psychology OpenStax textbook is made available for FREE to students under the Creative Commons License 4.0. There are two free digital versions available: the eBook version and the PDF version. Using the eBook version will allow you to resize text, take notes, add highlights, and quickly find content using the search tool.
Options for Accessing the Book

Access the PDF version of the book on virtually any device:
- Open this page on any device.
- Download the Psychology PDF version (opens in a new window) The PDF version will allow you to read the book on most devices also, but text is not usually resizable and you may not be able to take notes on it. Software for reading PDFs usually comes pre-installed on most devices.
