3.6. When I click on my Instructors attachment (like a PowerPoint presentation), I cannot open it. Why?

To open non-webpage (html) attachments, you need to have that program installed on the computer where you are trying to open it. If you are opening a PowerPoint file, you need to have PowerPoint or PowerPoint Viewer installed on your computer. If you need access to a computer with Microsoft Office, you can visit one of the campus labs. For technical assistance with online classes, contact the LRC Help Desk at 731-288-7780 in Dyersburg or 901-475-3177 in Covington or 731-222-5180 in Trenton.
